이용약관

시행일: 2026년 10월 30일

이 약관은 72웹나라(이하 "저희")가 제공하는 홈페이지 제작과 월 관리 서비스에 적용됩니다. 제작을 신청하고 선금을 내시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

1. 제작 플랜과 결제

  • 스타터 $599 (3페이지), 비즈니스 $999 (5페이지), 쇼핑몰 $1,799 (5페이지 + 쇼핑 화면 + 예시 상품 10개)
  • 제작을 시작할 때 제작비의 50%를 선금으로, 오픈할 때 나머지 50%를 냅니다.

2. 72시간 완성 약속

  • 72시간은 필요한 자료를 모두 받은 순간부터 세며, 주말과 공휴일은 빼고 셉니다.
  • 고객님 답변을 기다리는 시간과 도메인 회사·결제 회사가 처리하는 시간은 빼고 셉니다.
  • 72시간을 지키지 못하면 첫 3개월 관리비를 받지 않습니다.
  • 약속을 지키기 위해 새 작업은 하루 5건까지만 받습니다.

3. 답이 없을 때

  • 7일 동안 답이 없으면 다시 연락드립니다.
  • 14일 동안 답이 없으면 완성본 그대로 오픈합니다. 오픈 후에도 수정은 무제한입니다.
  • 30일 동안 자료가 오지 않으면 작업을 마치며, 선금은 환불되지 않습니다.

4. 월 관리와 수정 무제한

  • 월 관리비: 기본(48시간 안에 수정) $29.99, 빠름(24시간) $39.99, 당일 $49.99. 쇼핑몰은 각각 $30이 더해집니다.
  • 관리는 오픈한 날부터 1년 가입이 필요합니다. 1년이 지나면 매달 자동 연장되며 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지할 때 사이트 파일을 넘겨 드립니다.
  • 만들어 드린 페이지 안의 수정(글, 사진, 가격, 디자인)은 횟수 제한 없이 무료입니다. 요청은 한 번에 하나씩, 플랜의 속도대로 처리합니다.
  • 새 페이지를 추가하는 것만 페이지당 $99입니다.

5. 외부 비용 (원가 그대로)

도메인, 카드 결제 수수료, Shopify, 저장 공간, 회사 이메일 등 다른 회사에 내는 비용은 고객님이 원가 그대로 부담합니다. 저희가 대신 낸 경우에는 영수증 금액만 청구하며 마진을 붙이지 않습니다.

6. 자료와 소유권

  • 고객님이 보내신 글, 사진, 로고는 고객님이 사용할 권리를 가진 것이어야 합니다.
  • 도메인은 고객님 이름으로 등록하며 고객님 소유입니다. 잔금을 모두 내시면 사이트 내용도 고객님 것입니다.
  • 저희가 만든 디자인은 저희 작업 예시로 소개할 수 있습니다. 원하지 않으시면 말씀해 주세요.

7. 책임의 한계

호스팅 회사, 결제 회사 등 다른 회사의 장애로 생긴 손해는 책임지기 어렵습니다. 저희 책임이 있는 경우에도 배상 금액은 고객님이 최근 12개월 동안 저희에게 낸 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

8. 기타

이 약관은 뉴욕주 법을 따릅니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 올리며, 진행 중인 계약에는 계약할 때의 조건이 적용됩니다.

Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms apply to the website build and monthly care services provided by 72webnara ("we"). By requesting a build and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. Plans and payment

  • Starter $599 (3 pages), Business $999 (5 pages), Online Store $1,799 (5 pages + store screens + 10 sample products)
  • 50% of the build price is due as a deposit when work starts, and the remaining 50% at launch.

2. The 72-hour promise

  • The 72 hours start once we have received all required materials and count business days only.
  • Time spent waiting for your reply, and processing time at domain or payment companies, is not counted.
  • If we miss the 72 hours, your first 3 months of care are free.
  • To keep this promise, we accept at most 5 new projects per day.

3. If we don't hear back

  • After 7 days without a reply, we follow up.
  • After 14 days without a reply, we launch the finished site as is. Unlimited edits still apply after launch.
  • If materials do not arrive within 30 days, we close the project and the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Monthly care and unlimited edits

  • Monthly care: Basic (edits within 48h) $29.99, Fast (24h) $39.99, Same-day $49.99. Online stores add $30 to each.
  • Care requires a one-year commitment from launch. After one year it renews monthly and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, we hand over your site files.
  • Edits within the pages we built (text, photos, prices, design) are free and unlimited. Requests are handled one at a time at your plan's speed.
  • Only new pages are extra, at $99 per page.

5. Third-party costs (at cost)

Costs paid to other companies, such as the domain, card processing fees, Shopify, storage and business email, are paid by you at cost. If we pay them for you, we bill only the receipt amount with no markup.

6. Materials and ownership

  • Text, photos and logos you send must be yours to use.
  • Your domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. Once paid in full, your site content is yours.
  • We may show the design in our portfolio. Tell us if you prefer we don't.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by outages at other companies such as hosting or payment providers. Where we are responsible, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Other

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If the terms change, we will post them here with a new effective date; active contracts keep the terms in place when they were signed.
