1. 받는 정보
- 상담 신청서: 가게 이름, 전화번호, 이메일(선택), 업종, 관심 플랜, 남기신 메시지
- 전화·문자·이메일: 직접 연락 주실 때의 번호, 주소와 내용
- 방문자 수: 하루 방문자 수와 누적 방문자 수만 숫자로 셉니다. 이름, IP 주소 같은 개인 정보는 이 숫자와 함께 저장하지 않습니다.
- 브라우저 저장: 고르신 언어(한국어/영어)와 오늘 이미 방문으로 세었는지를 고객님 브라우저에만 저장합니다.
2. 쓰는 목적
- 상담 신청에 답하고 견적을 드리기 위해
- 홈페이지 제작과 관리 서비스를 제공하기 위해
- 결제, 일정, 수정 요청 등 서비스 관련 연락을 드리기 위해
광고 목적으로 정보를 팔거나 빌려주지 않습니다.
3. 함께 일하는 회사
서비스를 운영하기 위해 아래 회사의 시스템을 씁니다. 이 회사들은 저희를 대신해 정보를 처리할 뿐, 자기 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.
- Cloudflare: 홈페이지 호스팅, 상담 신청 전달, 이메일 전달
- Google: 이메일(Gmail)과 전화번호(Google Voice)
- 결제가 필요할 때: Stripe 또는 Shopify 등 결제 회사 (카드 정보는 저희가 받거나 저장하지 않습니다)
4. 보관 기간
상담 신청 정보는 마지막 연락 후 2년까지 보관하고, 그 뒤에는 지웁니다. 고객이 되신 경우에는 계약 기간과 세금·회계상 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
5. 고객님의 권리
언제든지 저희가 가진 고객님 정보를 보여 달라고 하시거나, 고치거나 지워 달라고 요청하실 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 말씀해 주시면 7일 안에 처리해 드립니다.
6. 어린이

72webnara ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who visits 72webnara.com or asks us for a consultation. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and when we delete it.
1. What we collect
- Consultation form: business name, phone number, email (optional), business type, plan of interest, and your message
- Calls, texts and email: the number, address and content when you contact us directly
- Visitor count: we count only the number of visitors per day and in total. No names, IP addresses or other personal data are stored with these numbers.
- Browser storage: your language choice and whether you were already counted today are saved only in your own browser.
2. How we use it
- To answer your request and give you a quote
- To build and maintain your website
- To contact you about payments, schedules and edit requests
We never sell or rent your information for advertising.
3. Service providers
We use the following companies to run our service. They process information on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
